A. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) constitute a valid and binding agreement between you (the “User” or “Ticket Buyer”) and PT Wahana Insan Raharja (“WIRTIX” or the “Platform Provider”) governing the purchase of e-tickets through the WIRTIX system for any event (“Event”) organized by an event organizer or promoter using the WIRTIX platform (the “Organizer”).
By accessing the platform, registering, and completing a transaction, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these T&C in full. WIRTIX acts solely as a software infrastructure provider (SaaS - Software as a Service). All licensing obligations, technical execution of the event, and on-site visitor management are the exclusive responsibility of the Organizer.

The User must complete the registration data accurately, completely, and validly on the order page before making payment.
Ticket prices, categories, and sales phases (e.g., Early Bird, Normal) are determined entirely by the Organizer. WIRTIX is not responsible for price changes made by the Organizer before a transaction is completed.
A transaction is deemed successful and a ticket is deemed valid once payment has been effectively verified by the Payment Gateway and the User has received the official E-Ticket/QR Code.
Tickets are valid only when purchased through official WIRTIX links/platforms or the Organizer’s official ticket page powered by WIRTIX. WIRTIX is not responsible for fraud, counterfeiting, or losses arising from ticket purchases from third parties or unofficial sources.
The maximum number of tickets per account/transaction follows the limit set by the Organizer for each Event and is enforced by the system.

The E-Ticket containing a unique QR Code and transaction reference number will be sent automatically by the system via the WhatsApp number and/or email registered by the User.
The E-Ticket is confidential. Any loss resulting from the User’s negligence in keeping the QR Code confidential (such as sharing screenshots on social media) is entirely the User’s responsibility.
If an E-Ticket is not received after a successful payment, the User may contact WIRTIX support at mau@usewirtix.com.

Unless otherwise stated in writing in these T&C, all ticket purchases are final. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or exchanged for any reason on the User’s part.
If an Event is cancelled, postponed, or changed in format by the Organizer due to certain circumstances, the Refund policy will be officially announced by the Organizer.
Fee Deductions: in the event of an approved Refund, the amount returned to the User is limited to the Base Ticket Price. The Platform Fee and Payment Transaction Fee (Payment Gateway/Transfer Fee) are forfeited and non-refundable.
WIRTIX will only disburse Refunds to Users AFTER WIRTIX has received the full event refund from the Organizer. WIRTIX does not act as a guarantor (bridging funds) for event cancellations by the Organizer.

The E-Ticket must be presented (on a mobile device or as a clear printout) together with an original identity card (KTP/Passport) during verification at the event venue. Each QR Code is valid for 1 (one) scan only.
WIRTIX infrastructure is equipped with Offline-First scanning as a technical mitigation. However, any delays, scanning disruptions, or User losses directly caused by the loss of third-party internet (ISP) connectivity at the venue, local vendor power failures, natural disasters, or force majeure are outside WIRTIX’s financial and legal responsibility.

Data Collection: by registering, the User gives explicit consent to WIRTIX to collect and process personal data (including but not limited to Name, National ID/Passport, Email, and WhatsApp Number) for ticket issuance and event operations.
Transfer of Data Responsibility: given that the WIRTIX platform forwards 100% of ticket buyer data to the Organizer via the system dashboard, immediately once such data is handed over to or accessible by the Organizer, all legal responsibility for the security, storage, and protection of personal data (in accordance with Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection) transfers absolutely to the Organizer.
Release of Claims: the User knowingly releases and discharges WIRTIX from all legal claims, fines, or damages arising from negligence, leaks, exploitation, or marketing misuse (such as spamming) of the User’s personal data by the Organizer or the Organizer’s third-party partners after the event has ended.
